Client Hertel Marine Services
Type of work: Aluminium Antenna Tower


NCMP have recently completed the supply of a 14 metre high fully welded aluminium Antenna Tower complete with maintenance access. This has been supplied to Hertel Marine Services B.V. as part of their supply of the Living Quarters for the Valemon Project.

Our remit included the transportation of the completed tower to the port of Rotterdam, Holland.

Here the Antenna Tower currently sits awaiting onward shipment with the Living Quarters to the main contractor Samsung, South Korea.

Its final destination is the Valemon Gas Field situated off the Norwegian coastline, for head client Statoil Petroleum AS.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Client Premier Oil
Type of work: Aluminium Helideck


NCMP have designed, supplied and erected a cantilevered aluminium Helideck complete with support structure, all associated safety netting, fire fighting equipment, lights and staircase access. We have erected this Helideck at Burntisland Fabricators yard in Methil, Fife, Scotland. Structural works were completed in April 2014.

 

Our remit also included the supply and installation of the touchdown / positioning marking (TD/PM) lighting system for the Helideck (Circle-H). These lighting works were completed in May 2014.

 

 

 

 

 

Client Sembmarine SLP Ltd.
Type of work: Aluminium Helideck


NCMP have supplied and erected an aluminium 'pancake' helideck. We have erected this helideck at the yard of the main contractor Sembmarine SLP Ltd. in Lowestoft, Suffolk.


Our remit also includes for two stair towers which duly provide access to both the helideck and living quarters. Their manufacture is nearing completion, and deliveries are currently being made to suit the erection programme.

The overall project is to sail later this month with its final destination being the Vanguard Gas Field in the southern North Sea, for head client ConocoPhillips Ltd.

 

 

 

Client Seajacks UK Limited
Type of work: Aluminium Helideck


NCMP have designed, supplied and erected an aluminium ‘Pancake’ Helideck for Seajacks Leviathan self-propelled jack-up vessel. We erected this Helideck at Shipdock’s yard in Amsterdam. Works were completed in April 2014.


Our remit also included the supply of DIFFs fire fighting equipment, landing net, illuminated windsock, access stairs and ladder, rescue crash equipment and cabinets, fire fighters equipment and cabinets, landing marker and Helideck perimeter lighting.


 

 

 

 

 

Client St George's Healthcare NHS Trust
Type of work: Aluminium Helideck with Ramped Access


CMF have designed, supplied and erected a roof Helipad system comprising aluminium helideck on aluminium trusses and mild steel vertical supports fixed back to the existing hospital roof. We also supplied all associated safety netting, fire fighting equipment, lights, staircase access and ramped access that linked the new helipad with the existing hospital buildings.


We further included the Helideck markings which were painted in situ once the structural works were complete. These works were completed in April 2014.
